Sweet Paste
500 gm’s
Ingredients:
250 gm Plain Flour
60 gm Caster Sugar
125 gm Margarine
75 ml Water (cold)
Method
1. Sieve together the flour and salt.
2. Rub in the margarine to a sandy texture.
3. Make a bay and add caster sugar and the water.
4. Mix to a firm paste.
Notes:
1. Care should be taken not to over mix this paste.
2. This paste is used for flans, tartlets etc.
