Piña colada

The piña colada is a sweet cocktail made with rum, coconut cream or coconut milk, and pineapple juice, usually served either blended or shaken with ice. It may be garnished with either a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, or both.

The name piña colada literally means “strained pineapple”, a reference to the freshly pressed and strained pineapple juice used in the drink’s preparation.

Servings: 4


1.5 Pints Pineapple Juice
300 ml Canned Coconut milk
350 ml White or Golden Rum
Plenty Of Crushed Ice


Quarter fill a glass jug with ice, add one-third of the ingredients and mix briskly. Pour into 4 Chilled glasses and serve at once.
