Homemade Toffee Sauce

Portion Size: 250 ml


100 gm Caster Sugar
30 gm Butter
120 ml Single Cream


1. Place the butter in a saucepan add sugar and half the cream and bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer until your mix reaches a light golden brown approx 10 minutes (Stir Continuously) , remove from heat and add remaining cream.
