Homemade Curry Sauce

1 Litre
150 gm Onions
50 ml Oil
25 gm Tomatoe puree
25 gm Chilli paste
75 gm Ginger
Garlic 1 clove
100 gm Tomatoes
10 gm Turmeric
25 gm Garam Masala
550 ml Chicken Stock (2 Cubes)
1. Heat the oil to a blue haze, add the chopped onions and fry to a light brown.
2. Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Add the tomato puree, chilli paste, garam masala, turmeric and tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the stock.
3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes Taste & then season.
