1 stick of celery (diced)
200gm onion (diced)
150 gm carrots (diced)
150 gm swede(diced)
500 gm minced beef
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic (crushed)
30gm beef stock+400 ml of water
salt&pepper
Gravy Powder to thicken
1 tbsp oil
2 slice white bread(for fried bread)cut into triangle shapes
4-6 giant yorkshire puddings

Method:

Add a tablespoon of oil to a saucepan,Add Onion and garlic then add mince gruadually breaking up as you go.
Once all the mince is sealed(brown in clour)add carrots, swede and celery then gently fry all off together for 4-5 mins. Add tomato puree worcestershire sauce now add beef stock and give good mix till combined then add water.Bring to the boil and simmer for 35-40 mins on a gentle heat.
In a frying pan small amount of oil fry your triangle bread and fry till golden in colour both sides.Remove and place on a sheet of kitchen roll to absorb remainder of oil.
Remove the mince from heat and place each portion in your giant yorkshire puddings,then place your fried bread as you wish.
