Cucumber & Mint Raita

This sauce is a great addition to your curry, rice and papadums served on the side emmense flavours from the mint yoghurt.

Portion Size: 4-6


200 ml Natural Yoghurt
1/4 Cucumber (finely Small Dice)
5 fresh mint leaves (Chopped)
2.5 gm Chilli (Chopped)
Salt & Pepper To Taste


1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
2. Taste and season with salt & Pepper & Serve.



Raita is an Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi side dish made with dahi together with raw or cooked vegetables, more seldom fruit, or in the case of boondi raita, with fried droplets of batter made from besan.
