Filling
400 gm Cooking Apples Peeled Cored and Diced or 400 gm Tinned Apples (Diced)
150 gm Mixed Fruits of Forest Frozen or Tinned
50 gm Demerara Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Crumble:
225 gm Plain Flour
180 gm Butter / Marg
50 gm Demerara Sugar

Method:
Preheat the oven to 160C gas mark 6. Mix together the apples, Fruits of forest, spices, demerara sugar and tip into a ovenproof dish.
Make the crumble mix, Place the flour and butter in a large bowl. Using your fingertips, rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Add Demerara sugar.Top the Fruit with your crumble mix ensuring no lumps.
Sprinkle a little Demerara over top (for a crispy golden Finish. Place in oven for 40 mins.
Serve with Custard Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream
