Choc & Raisin Flapjacks

  • Ingredients
  • 320 gm Marg/Butter
  • 440 gm Light Brown Sugar
  • 240 gm Golden Syrup
  • 625 gm Porridge Oats
  • 75 gm Chocolate Drops
  • 75 gm Rasins/Sultanas

Method:
Melt butter on a low heat add syrup and brown sugar,to the pan once all combined add Oats and mix well take of heat,
You can mix this recipe up either half raisins and half chocolate combine these separetly into the two mixes,allow mix to cool.

you can place these in the oven at 160c for about 15 mins to make them firm but personally i like them straight out of the pan:)cut to serving portions required approx 12 slices.
