Brussel’s With Bacon

Ingredients:
750 gm Brussels Sprouts
4 Slices Chopped Bacon
Salt And Pepper
20 gm Butter

Method:
Trim the sprout, wash and thououghly and cut a cross in the base of each one.
Cook the sprouts in boiling salted water until just tender about 15 mins, Drain well.
Add Butter and Chopped bacon to a frying pan, allow to brown slightly and place the sprouts in to the frying pan Mix thoroughly and reduce heat all you want to do now is warm them through.
Serve
