Portion Size: 4-6

Ingredients:

1 kg Broccoli
Salt
25 gm Butter

Method:

1. Wash and Cut the stalk below the broccoli head where it is tender.
2. Place your broccoli in boiling salted water and simmer for 15-20 mins (15 mins for Al-Dente (crunchy) 20-25 mins for softer)
3. Drain water from the broccoli add your butter and mix well for full coverage serve piping hot.

Note: Serve with either melted butter or hollandaise sauce.
