Baton Carrots Not As hard As It Looks, It Takes A little More Time But The Presentation Is Amazing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

Carrots 500 gm
Parsley (chopped)
Salt

Method:

1. Wash and peel the carrots and cut them into batons.
2. Place them in a saucepan cover them with cold water, add salt, bring to the boil and skim.
3. Cover with a lid and simmer until tender.
4. Strain thoroughly and serve
